A parent’s guide to stress-free mealtimes with fussy eaters
Bite by Bite
Bite by Bite is a self-paced online course for caring parents who are ready to shift from frustration and worry, to confidence and connection at the meal table.
A calm, evidence-based approach to help your fussy eater explore food without stress or pressure.
Does this sound familiar?
-
You find yourself making multiple meals every night.. just to get something into your child.
-
You’ve tried everything: bribing, begging, hiding vegetables - nothing sticks.
-
You worry your child isn’t getting enough variety or nutrition.
-
You spend more time negotiating bites than actually eating your own meal.
-
You’ve started avoiding new foods altogether, just to keep the peace.
-
You dread mealtimes because they always end in frustration or tears.
If you’re nodding along, please know this: you’re not failing. You’re just missing the right support, and that’s exactly what this course offers.
Imagine this instead..
-
Mealtimes feel calm and connected, not chaotic.
-
You feel equipped to support your child without battles or guilt.
-
Your child becomes more open to new foods, at their own pace.
-
You have a plan that feels respectful, practical, and grounded in real research.
It’s possible. And it doesn’t have to happen all at once. Just bite by bite.

About me
Hi, I’m Alyssa – a certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Nutrition consultant (and a parent myself).
I created Bite by Bite because I saw how many families were struggling, not for lack of love, but for lack of tools.
This course is the heart of everything I want parents to know about supporting their child's eating: evidence-based, pressure-free, and deeply respectful of both parent and child. Whether you're at the beginning of your fussy eating journey or years in, this is a place for you to pause, reset, and find your footing again.
